Mi sono sbizzarrita con le decorazioni ..in effetti!
Infatti non ho fatto ricorso al pietoso zucchero a velo o alla copertura di cioccolato fuso...
Il primo dolce era destinato ad una piccina di 3 anni che sarà rimasta galvanizzata dalla presenza della caramelle a forma di frutta...
E il secondo a mia figlia che lo ha giudicato buono e fresco....

Di solito l'avocado costa abbastanza, circa €1,80 al pezzo ma questi due che sono serviti alla preparazione del dolce erano in offerta, circa €0.98 ...cosa che capita di rado....
Per la decorazione di quello fiorito mi sono limitata a spennacchiare un'aiuola del giardino e a disporre i fiori in modo adeguato....
Ci ho messo un po' a fare una cosa decente....
Ma le mie amiche potranno tenere o no conto di quanto suggeriscono le immagini allegate e fare la decorazione a seconda dell'estro del momento!!!
Particolare interessante: ho usato farina senza glutine e la presenza congiunta del mais rende questo dolcetto adatto a coloro che sono alle prese con la celiachia...

130 gr di farina senza glutine
180 gr di farina di mais Fioretto
1 bustina di lievito per dolci
1 pizzico di sale
170 gr di zucchero
la buccia grattugiata di un limone non trattato
80 gr di burro
2 avocado
110 gr di olio di semi
220 gr di latte
2 uova
Setacciare la farina con il lievito e un pizzico di sale e mescolarla con la farina di mais Fioretto non sempre facile da reperire anche nei supermercati più forniti...
Sbucciare gli avocados, frullarli e metterli da parte....
Unire alle farine l'olio di semi e il latte e mescolare per bene....
Unire anche il burro fuso e tiepido e la scorza grattugiate del limone...
Le uova....
E, in più riprese, l'avocado frullato in precedenza...
Mescolare per bene fino ad ottenere una massa omogenea...
Imburrare ed infarinare ( scuotendo l'eccesso di farina) due stampi di uguale dimensione, cm 17 di diametro base, suddividendo equamente il composto...
Infornare in forno preriscaldato, ventilato a 170° per circa 45'...
Effettuare sempre la prova dello stuzzicadenti per saggiare la perfetta cottura del dolce...
Ed eccolo ora senza..... fronzoli!!
